Refund Policy
Last updated: Mar 22, 2026
We want to make sure the funding and transaction process is as transparent as possible. Please read our operational rules regarding wallet top-ups and failed transactions.
1. Wallet Top-ups
Money added to your API wallet is generally considered non-refundable. Wallet balances represent prepaid credits to be used exclusively for consuming our API services. You are encouraged to test our services with smaller amounts first before making large deposits.
2. Failed Transactions
If an API request fails on our end (or at the operator level like a failed mobile recharge), but your wallet was debited, the system will automatically process a refund for that specific transaction amount. In most cases, this happens instantly, but can take up to 24-48 hours depending on third-party settlements.
3. Disputed Charges
If you believe there has been an error in billing or an unauthorized charge to your wallet, please open a Support Ticket immediately through your Admin Console. Our team will review the logs and resolve the issue fairly within 3 business days.
